PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method for a treatment tool for endoscope by which work from the supply of manipulating wires to the connection of two manipulating wires to a manipulation part while equalizing lengths thereof can easily automated and the lengths of the manipulating wires can be equalizing even when a working area is not wide. SOLUTION: In the production process of the treatment tool for endoscope in which a pair of treatment members are opened/closed by the remote control of the manipulation part through the manipulating wires 102a and 102b, the assembly process of a pair of the treatment members and the manipulating wires 102a and 102b is made into following process, and first, one end of each of two manipulating wires 102a and 102b inserted through a coil 101 is respectively fixed by each of chucks 1a and 1b of a wire fixing part 7. Afterward, the other end of each of the manipulating wires 102a and 102b is held by each of chucks 2a and 2b of a wire tension part 8, and the manipulating wires 102a and 102b are pulled with a same set power quantity by moving the chucks 2a and 2b in a direction A by cylinders 5a and 5b. Then the manipulating wires 102a and 102b are cut near a position C and the lengths of the manipulating wires 102a and 102b are made equal. |
