PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an anti-inflammatory vector. SOLUTION: This anti-inflammatory vector is a recombinant adenovirus vector derived from adenovirus genome in which at least a part of E3 region is defected or non-functional and characterized by having E3 sequence for coding for functional 14.7K protein, functional 14.5K protein and/or 10.4K protein. This invention relates to the application of a polypeptide containing, individually or in combination, at least >=1 genes of E3 region of adenovirus to protect host cells, tissues and living bodies from inflammation reactions. This invention further relates to virus particles, host cells and a composition and applications of those for curing or preventing diseases. |
