PROCESS FOR CONTROLLING THE ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATION OF PATHS OF TRANSMISSION (BEARERS) IN A WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEM, IN PARTICULAR IN A DECT-SPECIFIC RLL/WLL-SYSTEM BOUND INTO AN ISDN-SYSTEM AS A LOCAL INFORMATION TRANSMISSION LOOP

In order to optimise the establishment and operation of paths of transmissio n in wireless telecommunication systems, in particular a DECT-specific RLL/WLL-system bound into an ISDN-system as a local informatio n transmissiom loop, as far as the number of paths of transmission used for wireless information transmission is concerned, number s are allocated to the paths of transmission to avoid co llisions during the establishment and operation of the paths of transmission (connect ions). The resources of the air interface are thus effic iently used. Moreover, the cost of the telecommunication system and susceptibility to err ors during the establishment of a connection ( establish ment of the paths of transmission) are minimised.
