SOLUTION: This processed food of the fishes or shellfishes is obtained by making a batter liquid 20 adhere to the peripheral surface of a frozen fish or shellfish formed in a bar-like shape through a separating powder layer 10, covering the surface of the batter liquid layer 20 with fine crushed and seasoned potato chips 30, and then frying the product with an edible fatty oil or fat. |
