PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for punching noodle casing capable of separating punched noodle casings and residual noodle casings by a mechanical means. SOLUTION: This system for punching noodle casing is provided with a main conveyer 4, a punching device 2 installing a blade member 34 for punching, an elevator lifting and lowering the main conveyer 4 between predetermined top and lowest limit positions, a carrying in conveyer 5 for carrying a noodle strip to the main conveyer 4, an upper side carrying out conveyer 6 installed on the same height to the upper limit position on the downstream of the main conveyer and a lowest side carrying out conveyer 7 installed on the same height to the lowest limit position on the downstream of the main conveyer. This system holds at least a part of the noodle strip M in hanged state between the upper side carrying out conveyer 6 and the carrying in conveyer 5, and forms a noodle casing of a predetermined shape P by contacting the blade member 34 with pressure to the noodle strip M on the main conveyer 4, and then lowering the main conveyer 4 to separate the noodle casing P from the noodle strip M. |
