PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an extract solution relieving/reducing the astringency and the bitterness peculiar to carotene, generating when adding e.g. the flesh of vegetable/fruit to e.g. confectionery such as cookie and cake, hamburger, bean curd and its processed product. SOLUTION: This extract solution is obtained by soaking bincho charcoals and grinded apples with skin in water in e.g. a pan followed by boiling the resultant product for a given time and filtering the resultant product with e.g. a cotton cloth to take the extract solution therefrom; wherein the extract solution offers smoothness wholly through being mixed with collagen. |
