PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the vehicle speed during the constant-speed traveling at a target value. SOLUTION: The cruise request opening MAn is calculated by using a term consisting of the previous cruise request opening MAn-1, a term consisting of the proportional term and the differential term to the vehicle speed V, and a term consisting of the differential term to the engine speed Ne (S106). The requested power Pd* to be output to a drive wheel is calculated based on this cruise request opening MAn (S108), and an engine and a CVT are controlled so that the engine is operated at the highly efficient operation point out of the operation points capable of outputting this requested power Pd* (S110 and S112). Since the cruise request opening MAn is calculated considering the differential term of the engine speed Ne, the cruise request opening can be estimated to the change of the engine speed Ne, and the vehicle speed V during the constant-speed traveling can be stabilized at the target value V*. |
