PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of enhancing an amusement property of a pattern used for a fluctuation display game and clearly displaying a represented pattern such as a background and a character between adjacent pattern rows even when the pattern is displayed comparatively widely. SOLUTION: This game machine generates a special game condition advantageous to a player when a game pattern combination form becomes a special display form. A plurality of pattern rows consisting of a plurality of the game patterns are formed, and the fluctuation display is carried out while the pattern rows are set adjacently to each other. The respective game patterns consist of identification patterns for identifying the game patterns mutually and decorative patterns for decorating the respective game patterns. In each of the game patterns, a predetermined area in a part facing the game pattern in the adjacent pattern row is recessed inward, and consequently, each of the game patterns is displayed so that a clearance between the game patterns in the adjacent pattern rows appears to be widened during fluctuation of the pattern rows. In this way, the background pattern can be displayed to be clearly recognized visually. |
