PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin laminate having excellent adhesive properties, durability and optical performance of a multilayer film and to effectively use the laminate as an optical component or the like. SOLUTION: An alicyclic structure-containing polymer resin laminate comprises an alicyclic structure-containing polymer resin. A molding which has a gas generating amount per unit surface area when the molding is held at 90 deg.C for 1 hr is 200 μg/m<2> or less is installed in a sputtering apparatus, the molding is sputtered while introducing an oxygen gas and/or a nitrogen gas into the apparatus, and a sputtered film having a mean film thickness of 50 to 1,000 nm and a deflection width of the mean film thickness of ±5% or less is formed on the surface of the molding. |
