<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a very low cost electromagnetic coil capable of making heavy current to flow, a method for manufacturing the same, an electromagnetic actuator and a light deflecting apparatus using the same. SOLUTION: In an electromagnetic coil provided with a core fixed on a substrate and wiring circulating around the core and a method for manufacturing the same, an electrode is embedded in a groove formed in the substrate, and the electrode and wiring circulating around the core are constructed electrically conductively.</p> |
