METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING WOODY MOLDED PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a woody molded product capable of improving a recycling rate of waste material by easily manufacturing the wood-like molded product wherein the waste material in which thermoplastics, thermosetting resins and impurities are mixed, is used. SOLUTION: A mixed resin waste provided by mixing thermoplastics, thermosetting resins and impurities is coarsely ground to <=20 mm to prepare a mixed resin waste coarsely ground product. The mixed resin waste coarsely ground product, the ground thermoplastics and a wood waste ground powder obtained by grinding a wood waste are kneaded and molded to manufacture a first wood powder-containing compound. The woody molding product is manufactured by melting the first wood powder containing compound to be molded in a required shape.
