OIL MIST REMOVER AND METHOD FOR OPERATING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To markedly prolong the time between filter exchanges and to markedly reduce maintenance by catching and removing oil mist from air vented from a kitchen or from an industrial plant at a high efficiency and regenerating the filter by automatic cleaning. SOLUTION: Oil mist is caught and removed from vented air by using a filter. The filter is transferred to a cleaning fluid, and is cleaned with the fluid at a high temperature. After the fluid is used to clean the filter, it is cleaned by decomposition bacteria.
