PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for surely holding a blade plate. SOLUTION: The blade plate 1 has a wedge-shaped extension part 27 on the side edge 25 opposed to an active cutter 13. This extension part starts from the front side 15 for placing a clamping lug of the blade plate 1, and widens in the width in the direction to the back side 29.
