PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the effect of a water resistance plate without projecting the water resistance plate downward from a ship bottom surface. SOLUTION: When an operating lever 38 is operated, a water-suction guide plate 24 and the water resistance plate 25 that are placed at a stern bottom plate 23 are interlockingly swung to an upper swing position at which the water- suction guide plate 24 and the water resistance plate 25 slope obliquely upward relative to the stern bottom plate 23.
