PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device in a tool changing device capable of surely removing chips, and reducing the number of part items. SOLUTION: The base end of a wiper body 46 is fixed to a tip surface of a housing. The free edge of the wiper body 46 is formed so as to extend in the turning radius direction of a changing arm 10 along an upper surface of the changing arm 10. The free edge of the wiper body 46 is arranged so as to slidingly contact with the upper surface of the changing arm 10 as the changing arm 10 rotates between a standby position and a tool changing position in a state of approaching the tip surface of the housing.
