SOLUTION: This driving management system is constructed by an information recording medium and a driving management device, and the information recording medium transmits the human body data showing the condition of the human body related to vehicle driving to the driving management device. In the driving management device, the vehicle supplementary equipment is automatically adjusted corresponding to the human body condition.
