PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment mounting structure for an outboard motor that facilitates detachment of an attachment and eliminates a possibility of the attachment's coming off. SOLUTION: The outboard motor 1 includes an engine 2 covered with a vertically dividable engine cover 3 comprising an upper cover 3a and a lower cover 3b. A lower cover holder 34 is interposed between a side of the engine 2 and an inner surface of the lower cover 3b positioned below a joint surface 3c of the engine cover 3 and above a bottom surface 3d of the engine cover 3. An attachment holder 40 is integrally fixed to the lower cover holder 34. |
