PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print system in which the glossiness can be set for each of a plurality of objects. SOLUTION: A computer 101 generates the color image data of a plurality of color objects which are displayed on a monitor 102 and glossiness is set for each object. Based on the glossiness set for each of the plurality of color objects, an image processor 104 develops the color image data into data representative of the color and glossiness which is then converted into the quantities of color material and brightener of an imaging apparatus 105. The imaging apparatus 105 forms a color image with a desired glossiness based on the quantities of color material and brightener thus obtained.
