PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter for a joint which can peel a calking seal efficiently, easily, and cleanly. SOLUTION: When a rotary shaft 21 is rotated by a motor 5 installed in a main body case 3, an eccentric shaft 23 fitted to the rotary shaft 21 is rotated. A blade support shaft 43 fitted to a transmission plate 49 is rotated/vibrated by the vibration of the transmission plate 49 by the rotation of the eccentric shaft 23 so that the tips of two blades 65A and 65B fitted to the blade fitting part 43C of the blade support shaft 43 are vibrated. The distance between blades 65A and 65B fitted to the blade support shaft 43 is adjusted by combining spacers 63 having various thicknesses and fitting them to the blade support shaft 43, and the blades 65A and 65B are bonded together by a bonding means 71.
