PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punch capable of reducing operation force necessary for opening a hole without enlarging an operation member. SOLUTION: The operation member 13 is rotatably supported on a base 11 provided with punching holes 25. The operation member 13 is provided with bearing holes 56, 57 on sidewalls 50A, 51B of arms 50, 51 respectively. Each bearing hole 56, 57 supports a support shaft 45 extending through a punching shaft 14. One bearing hole 56 is set in a size creating an opening space L with the support shaft 45. When the operation member 13 is rotated in a press down direction, one punching shaft 14 has an opening hole timing delay to another punching shaft 14 according to the opening space L.
