PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop the rotation of a rotor with a simple structure, to simply exchange a desired rotor by adjusting the center of the rotor and the center of rotation and to stably rotate the rotor. SOLUTION: A circular disc 15 is provided on the output shaft of a motor 5 installed below a vacuum chamber 3 and a magnet coupling 14 is provided between the circular disc 15 and the lower surface of the rotor 7. A lever 17 vertically moved accompanying with the opening/closing of a lid 6 of the vacuum chamber 3 is provided between the circular disc 15 and the motor 5 and when the lid 6 of the vacuum chamber 3 is opened, a friction pad 19 provided on the lever 17 is slide-contacted with a lower surface of the circular disc 15 to stop the rotation of the rotor 7. A rotation body 11 is rotatably provided on a bottom part of the vacuum chamber 3 and an engagement pin 13 is projectedly provided on the upper surface of a large diameter part 11a at a lower stage. A sample container retaining body 12 is formed by an upper stage ring 12a; an intermediate stage ring 12b; and a lower stage ring 12c and an engagement pin insertion hole 12f of the engagement pin 13 is formed on the intermediate state ring 12b.
