PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate such problems that when an injection-molding is to be performed as a pattern to be transferred becomes finer, a favorable transferring becomes difficult, and if a high temperature and a high pressure are applied in order to ensure the transfer a tact time becomes longer, and the mechanical properties becomes unfavorable. SOLUTION: A thermosetting material 103 having a low viscosity is arranged on a fine pattern in a die 101. Then, a molten thermoplastic material 104 is injected into the die. Thus, the thermosetting material can be set by the temperature of the molten resin. In addition, a favorable transfer can be ensured by using the thermosetting material having the low viscosity.
