MEDICAL TUBE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical tube which enables a sufficiently high carrying strength by carrying an antibacterial metal in a photocatalyst layer, which facilitates controlling of its carrying amount and which enables an operating effect by stably carrying the antibacterial metal in addition to the effect by a titanium oxide photocatalyst layer to be performed to the maximum limit and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The medical tube comprises the photocatalyst layer formed of titanium oxide particles in which the antibacterial metal is carried on the surface of a tube body made of an elastomer. The method for manufacturing the same is provided.
