PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope system as a main purpose with which curving of a curving part never becomes difficult, the fixing force to a tip guide part never decreases and the tip guide part is easily fitted to the tip part of an insertion part of the endoscope. SOLUTION: A treatment tool guide 15 is provided with the tip guide part 16 provided with a through hole 24 through which a treating tool 14 is penetrated and a wire fixing tool 17 for abutting and fixing the part 16 to the tip end of the insertion part 2 of the endoscope by drawing a wire 22 fixed to the guide part 16 through the inside of a channel 10 of the endoscope.
