PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide separation apparatus being simple in structure, hardly getting out of order, being easy maintenance and repair, and having a highly efficient magnet. SOLUTION: A cover is installed in a close vicinity to a rotor which protects by covering at least the upper part of the rotor, a feeding means is installed at the upper part of the cover which feeds by using the gravity materials to be separated and classified toward the cover, and the cover is not required to rotate and is simple in structure since the materials to be separated and classified is not conveyed by a conveyer belt but is fed by the feeding means installed at the upper part of the cover. Since the cover only covers the rotor, the cover can be easily detached and changed, maintenance and repair are easily carried out and tightly sealing a magnetic-field part can be facilitated by completely covering the rotor and its rotating means. Iron powder stuck to the cover can be easily removed by means of dusting things and a removing sheet. |
