PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human amine transporter polypeptide and a DNA (RNA) encoding the polypeptide and a method of preparation for the polypeptide by a recombination technology of the polypeptide. SOLUTION: This invention provides a method detecting an agonist and an antagonist to the polypeptide, and an agonist and an antagonist for treating diseases relating to under expression or over expression of the human amine transporter, and provides a method for detecting a mutation in the sequence of the nucleic acid encoding the polypeptide and a method for detecting changes of the level of the soluble type of the polypeptide. |
