PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion molding method which can extrusion-mold a raw plate having a special uneven pattern which can not be seen so far and an apparatus for the method. SOLUTION: The raw plate 6 in the shape of a hollow belt plate is produced by rotating a screw 10 and extruding a kneaded raw material from the extrusion port 14 of a nozzle 13. A roller 18 is rotated to be a circumferential speed different from the extrusion speed of the raw plate 6. In this way, both plate surfaces of the raw plate 6 communicating with the inside of the extrusion port 14 are cut off, and the cut-off kneaded raw material is pressed again to the plate surface of the raw plate 6 to be integrated when the roller 18 is rotated once. Since the circumferential speed of the roller 18 is different from the extrusion speed, unevenness in the shape of shrunk wrinkles or cracks which extends in the width direction of the raw plate 6 is formed on the plate surface of the raw plate 6.
