PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate necessity of getting into a space beneath a machine for attaching a receiving plate 411 by attaching a male die on an upper frame of a machine and attaching a female die 2 on the machine and attaching the receiving plate 411 on the machine after positioning the same to a lower plate metal frame 42 according to a shape. SOLUTION: This stripping device of a punching machine is provided with the female die 2 provided with a connecting groove 22 connecting plural female holes 21 for stripping plural internal dregs 112 and a connecting part 23 on an extension line of both end of the connection groove 22, a plate storage means 43 storing the receiving plate 411 corresponding to the connecting groove 22 and provided with notch 413 corresponding to the connecting part 23, and provided with a spring storage hole 415 storing a spring 4153 moving the receiving plate 411 up and down.
