PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safely usable razor for haircut capable of precisely and easily cutting a determined quantity of hair when cutting the hair. SOLUTION: One side edge of a band plate-like razor blade body 1 is held by a support 2, and a cutting edge 3 on the other side edge is exposed over the whole length. A scraping guide piece 4 is extensively provided along the side surface of the razor blade body 1, and its tip 7 is protruded over the cutting edge 3. When cutting the hair, the hair is drawn to the cutting edge 3 and constrained by the scraping guide piece 4 to allow a forced cut, and the direct collision of a matter such as hand, finger or the like to the cutting edge 3 is avoided by the protruding of the scraping guide piece 4 to ensure the safe use.
