PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a double-chamber container constituted so that other housing containers are housed in the housing space of a container body so as to be easily treated separately. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the double-chamber container 1 having the container body 5 having the housing space 3 and the housing container 7 having demarcation chambers 23 demarcated from the housing space 3 in a liquidtight manner and partition parts 25 operable so as to be opened through the container wall of the container body 5 to be housed in the housing space 3, a process for forming a housing region 17 and a filling region 19 by partitioning a part of the housing space 3 in a liquidtight manner by a peelable weak seal to form the container body 5, a process for filling the filling region 19 of the container body 5 with housing matter to hermetically seal the filling region 19 and a process for housing the housing container 7 in the housing region 17 of the container body 5 filled with the housing matter to hermetically seal the same are included. Since the process for housing the housing container 7 to hermetically seal the same is included, after different treatments are applied to the container body 5 and the housing container 7, the housing container 7 is easily housed in the container body 5.
