PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method of preparation for looped sausages excellent in workability such as terminal treatment of the linked sausages or the like, scarcely causing troubles such as bursting and sticking of natural intestinal casings in suspending and capable of automatically adjusting the suspending number of loops and/or number of links based on a suspending material in a constant range by a simple operation. SOLUTION: This method of preparation for the looped sausages comprises the following procedures, a provisional suspending process provisionally suspending the linked sausages S obtained in packaging process of the sausages on hook bodies 15 in wave shape, a looping process forming the linked sausages in wave shape into the loop shaped linked sausages by slightly moving caused to swinging the swinging arms 16 pivoted on the hook bodies, a suspending member inserting process inserting a suspending member 20 into loops of the linked sausages and a suspending process suspending the looped linked sausages by moving the suspending member. |
