<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a multilayered coating film. SOLUTION: An organic solvent type base coating material containing a water-soluble organic solvent, water-based coating, and a clear coating material are applied to an object-to-be-coated by a three-coat one-bake method thereby forming the multilayered coating film. An unapplied coating material generated during a spray coating process of the base coating material is brought into contact with water to be recovered, and the water-soluble organic solvent containing in the unapplied coating material is decomposed by actions of microorganisms to easily make it free from environmental pollution.</p> |
