PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vibration during the rotation of a rotating rotor to be used at a suction port for a vacuum cleaner and to freely set the twisting angle of blades or brushes in response to a request. SOLUTION: A cleaning body obtained by fixing or implanting a plurality of lines of the blades or brushes parallelly with a pair of the edges of a base fabric formed to be a parallelogram is wound around on a rotor consisting of metal, or the like, to constitute the rotating rotor to reduce the vibration during the rotation. The twisting angle of the blade or the brush can freely be set by the shape of the parallelogram.
