PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aquaculture method using isoflavone aglycon, capable of improving aquaculture environment through inhibiting increase of seaweed, enabling fish and shellfish to healthily grow by using isoflavone aglycon as feed for fish and shellfish. SOLUTION: This aquaculture method is characterized by using feed for aquaculture to which isoflavone aglycon is added, to do aquaculture, and also improving aquacultural environment by suppressing increase of seaweed by the help of excrements from bowels of fish and shellfish which ingest the feed for aquaculture. |
