PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically stop a work line, and to announce the fact to an operator when being insufficient in torque and forgetting to fasten a bolt. SOLUTION: In fastening the bolt 17 by a first impact wrench 18A, when a torque sensor 18C detects that the torque does not fall within a prescribed range, a CPU 19C does not output a first OK signal of the effect of being proper in fastening by this impact wrench 18A to a control device 20 via an I/O interface 19B. Thus, in fastening the next bolt 21 by a second impact wrench 22A in a state of not setting a first timer, when the torque falls withing the prescribed range, the CPU 19C outputs a second OK signal of the effect of being proper in fastening torque by the second impact wrench 22A to the control device 20. However, Since the second OK signal comes when determining whether or not a signal is the first OK signal, the torque is determined as insufficient, an NG signal is outputted, a driving source is stopped, and the work line is stopped.
