PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the breaking deformation of a front side member in vehicle lateral direction by the non-collision directional rotating movement of a cabin in an offset collision. SOLUTION: A front side member 7 and an outrigger part 10 are formed substantially in the same width in plan views, the outside wall 7a of the front side member 7 and the outside wall 10a of the outrigger part 10 are mutually continued, and the inside walls 7b and 10b thereof are longitudinally separated to form a discontinued brittle part 12. Accordingly, in the offset collision of the vehicle, the brittle part 12 is crushed by the collision input, whereby the vehicle lateral directional bending load of the front side member 7 is absorbed when the cabin 6 is rotated in the non-collision direction to avoid the bending deformation in the same direction. Further, the outside walls 7a and 10a are bumped each other, whereby the front side member 7 and the outrigger part 10 can be made substantially linear in plan views to transmit the collision load to a side sill 9.
