PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of a hollow part blocking tool by simplifying the structure of the tool comprising a foamable base material for blocking the hollow part of a hollow structure by foaming and expanding by external heating to form a foamed body. SOLUTION: This hollow part blocking tool comprises the formable base material 2 arranged in the hollow part 42 to block the hollow part 42 of the hollow structure 4 by foaming by external heating to form the foamed body and a holder 3 for holding the foamable base material 2. The holder 3 comprises a pair of locking parts 32 and 33 engagingly locked with the hollow structure 4 by mutual cooperation, and a support plate 30 for supporting one or both side surfaces of the formable base material 2 in the direction crossing the hollow part 4. The locking parts 32 and 33 are integrally formed on the support plate 30.
