PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost center parking brake suppressing the generation of noise by a simple structure. SOLUTION: A ring belt 3 divided into multiple pieces on a circumference of a back plate land having a rubber plate 5 stuck to the inside surface is fastened by a bolt 6 through flanges 4 formed in the both ends of the ring belt 3. The rubber plate 5 is interleaved between the circumference of the back plate 1 and the ring belt 3 and pushed against the circumference of the back plate 1 to absorb and damp vibration of an engine and vibration of a gear drive system of a transmission dissipated to the back plate 1. The noise generation of the center parking brake can be thus suppressed.
