PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drop the temperature in a cabin by scavenging the heat entering the cabin from a partitioned ventilation flow passage making use of a space between a window and a shade of heat insulation structure. SOLUTION: A shade ventilation structure for car has a structure in which a shade is disposed, the flow passage is provided, and the air between a windshield and the shade is communicated with the outside the car. The structure has a means for adjusting the in-cabin air condition by detecting, measuring and determining the air condition in a space between the windshield and the shade, and the air in the cabin is discharged outside the cabin via the ventilation flow passage if the air condition exceeds the preset regulation value.
