PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical treatment method by which medical operation is easily enabled in a short time by lightening the pains of hemorrhoids (piles) or prolapse of the anus and pains of various symptoms and bleeding, the number of days in the hospital is reduced as well and recovery time is extremely shortened. SOLUTION: This hemorrhoids treatment instrument is composed of a dome- shaped arm (11) of three to five outer frame columns of a hemorrhoid treatment machine for medical operation to be inserted from the anus (A) to the rectum (R), a cutter body part (17) in which cutters (15) are provided on the left and right sides of a hook (13) for supporting a thread for medical operation and sharp cutters are attached on left and right sides for smooth cutting, a support (18) for the cutter body part and a handle (19) for cutting a columnar blood clot of hemorrhoids.
