PURPOSE: A structure of a synthetic resin vessel and a method for fabricating the same are provided to manufacture a stack-type vessel in an integral form by using an injection molding process. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin vessel has a body(100) for receiving contents. A lid section(200) is integrally formed at an upper portion of the body(100) about a horizontal folding line(201) so as to open/close the body(100). The first adhesive section(203) is formed at an upper end of the lid section(200), and a pair of second adhesive sections(204) are formed at a predetermined portion of the first adhesive section(203). An internal folding line(207) is formed between the horizontal folding line(201) and the first adhesive section(203). An opening-guide folding line(209) extends from the internal folding line(207) to an opening-guide auxiliary folding line(208).
