PURPOSE: A device for opening a flip by one-touch in a mobile terminal is provided to easily open the flip using an operation button formed at a side of a body case by protrusively installing a rotation gear on an upper surface of a hinge groove of the body case and combining the rotation gear with a lower surface of a hinge asperity. CONSTITUTION: A flip opening key operation unit(26) is formed at a side of a body case for generating a flip opening signal. A step motor is internally installed at a lower portion of a hinge groove(10') of the body case for being driven by the number of uniform rotation according to a predetermined pulse when the flip opening signal is generated from the flip opening key operation unit(26). The first rotation gear(30) is partially protruded on an upper surface of the hinge groove(10'), and is combined with the step motor. The second rotation gear(24) is installed at a lower surface of a hinge asperity(22') of a flip(20'), and is combined with the rotation gear(30). A call circuit is embedded in an internal portion of the body case for modulating and demodulating a voice signal and generating a call signal or a call end signal. A control unit controls the call circuit to perform a voice call, receives a key operation signal from the flip opening key operation unit(26) to judge whether a call is performed, and provides a driving signal to the step motor so that the flip(20') is opened.
