AIRTIGHT CONTAINER FOR RECEIVING FOOD

PURPOSE: An airtight container for receiving food is provided to simplify a manufacturing process and reduce a production cost by virtue of improved locking structure, and to safely discharge expanded gas out of the container. CONSTITUTION: The airtight container is comprised of a container body; a cap(20) integrally formed with a locking wing to be bent about a hinge; a projected locking rim continuously surrounding around the upper circumference of the container body, the projected locking rim being formed with a protrusion extending downward at the end thereof; a plurality of locking pieces integrally formed on the inner surface of the locking wing so as to be captured by the projected locking rim, the locking piece being formed with an upward raised portion corresponding to the protrusion; a plurality of ventilation holes arranged along a folding line of the hinge; a plurality of hollow portions separately defined in a longitudinal direction inside a sealing packing contacting closely with the cap; and an air discharge member(50) formed at the center of the cap. The air discharge member has an adjuster(53), a soft opening and closing plate(54), and a discharge adjustment portion(58) consisting of female and male screws(56,57).
