PURPOSE: An embroidery textile having optical fibers which has superior quality by enabling solid fixing of optical fibers is provided, and a manufacturing method of the embroidery textile having optical fibers is provided. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of embroidery textile having optical fibers comprises the processes of adhering an adhesion sheet onto the lower surface of a textile material; adhering a rubber sheet onto the lower surface of the adhesion sheet; adhering an adhesion sheet onto the lower surface of the rubber sheet to adhere and fix optical fibers to be knitted more easily; knitting the optical fibers into the textile material, and cutting the optical fiber knitted textile material; hardening the adhered parts of the bundles by adhering front parts of each bundles after making the optical fibers into bundles by tying the optical fibers per determined colors; connecting the front parts of the respective optical fiber bundles to a connector of an optical source device; and waterproofing treating the inside of the textile material by adhering a waterproofing fabric paper one surface of which non-aqueous adhesive is coated onto the lower surface of the textile material so that the optical fiber bundles together with the optical source device are covered.
