PURPOSE: A spout is provided to make a cap of a container being kept at a certain opening angle without preventing the outflow of contents received in the container, thus improving the convenience of use. CONSTITUTION: The spout(1) comprises a coupling part to be coupled to a container; a mouth portion(10) extending upward from the coupling part; a spout portion which serves to close a discharge hole of the mouth portion and has a cap(20) to be fixed to the coupling part or mouth portion with a connecting member(35); a cap positioning device for keeping a certain opening angle of the cap without preventing the outflow of contents received in the container; and an insertion part located under the coupling part so as to be inserted easily into an insertion groove of the container. The insertion part has a cylindrical insertion portion(42) extending downward from the coupling part, at least one side discharge hole(43) formed on the insertion portion, and both guide surfaces(44) getting wider toward the upper side thereof, which are connected with the both surfaces of the coupling part.
