摘要 PURPOSE: A light emitting apparatus using a carbon nano-tip is provided to improve the characteristics of electron emission by constituting a lamp in a structure having a cathode of carbon nano-tip, a gate of metallic mesh, and an anode of phosphor. CONSTITUTION: A cathode of carbon nano-tip has an area of 1-100mm¬2 and a metallic mesh(6) serving as a gate has an area of 1-10mm¬2. A distance between the cathode and the gate(6) is 0.1-10mm. A distance between the gate(6) and an anode(7) is 0.2-100mm. A diameter and a length of a glass tube are 10-29mm and 10-120mm, respectively. A vacuum level of a lamp is 10¬-7 torr. Voltage of 100-1400V(Volt) is applied between the cathode and the gate(6). Voltage of 1-35KV(kilovolt) is applied to the anode(7). A focusing lens(9) is located on a portion where a light is emitted to focus the emitted light.
