PURPOSE: Structure of a car door checker is provided to allow a rotating speed of the door checker to be adjusted freely, thus improving an opening and closing operation stability of a door and a support force of the door. CONSTITUTION: In the door checker(10) installed together with a door hinge(16) between a door(12) and a car pillar panel(14) for controlling an opening and closing degree of the door, the door checker comprises a first mounting bracket(10a) coupled to the car pillar panel; a checker arm(10c) coupled to the first mounting bracket by interposing a hinge pin(10b); a hydraulic cylinder(10e) receiving a piston installed to the tip end of the checker arm; and a second mounting bracket(10f) coupled to the tip end of the hydraulic cylinder to fix the hydraulic cylinder to the door.
