<p>Silicone rubber composition contains a platinum complex having at least one unsaturated group, a metal oxide and boric acid or zinc borate. A composition (I) contains a peroxide or condensation cross-linked silicone rubber, a metal oxide consisting of magnesium oxide, aluminum oxide, tin oxide, calcium oxide, barium oxide or precursor compounds that form oxides on heating, boric acid or zinc borate and platinum complexes having at least one unsaturated group. Independent claim are included for: (i) a process for the preparation of (I) by mixing the components; (ii) cable or a profile that contains (I).</p> |
