A sock that enhances circulation in the lower legs and feet. The present invention allows for movement of the foot and ankle such that the muscles of the lower legs a nd feet are exercised. In particular the present invention places a ball on the sole of the sock, which is capable of being placed on the foot, and then used as a stimulus to the wearer to flex the muscles of the lower legs and feet. The sock may be designed such that t he promoted movement of the foot and ankle gradually stimulate the circulation of fluids , blood for example, to the lower legs and feet.
