PURPOSE: An electric contact structure between two devices is provided to electrically contact connectors composed in the two devices accurately and easily using a magnetic force and electrically contact between the two devices easily irrespective of the housing shape of each device. CONSTITUTION: The first magnet(101) of a battery side is composed in a housing(100c) of a battery. The second magnet(102) of the battery side is composed in the housing(100c) of the battery, and is opposite with the first magnet(101) of the battery side in a surface polarity. The first magnet(201) of a charger side is composed in a housing(200c) of a charger, and is opposite with the first magnet(101) of the battery side in the surface polarity. The second magnet(202) of the charger side is composed in the housing(200c) of the charger, and is separated from the first magnet(201) of the charger side by an interval which is identical to an interval between the first magnet(101) of the battery side and the second magnet(102) of the battery side and is opposite with the first magnet(201) of the charger side in the surface polarity. A charge connector(10) of the battery side is composed in the housing(100c) of the battery. A charge connector(13) of the charger side is composed in a point in which the charge connector(10) of the battery side is contacted when the first magnet(101) of the battery side and the first magnet(201) of the charger side are contacted by a magnetic force and the second magnet(102) of the battery side and the second magnet(202) of the charger side are contacted by the magnetic force.
